Strategic Partnerships Development Manager

About the role

Better is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to expand its digital health platform through partner channels. You will act as the bridge between external partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment across enablement, coordination, and commercial ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and negotiate yearly partner commitments (licenses or revenue) and create business plans to achieve them.
• Monitor partner performance, address shortfalls, and remove obstacles to success.
• Own the end‑to‑end partner agreement process, from negotiation to signing.
• Coordinate communication between partners, customers, and Better’s internal functions.
• Provide partners with training, materials, joint go‑to‑market activities, and lead exchange.
• Identify and close partner knowledge gaps through training and certification programs.
• Translate partner needs into actionable items for Product, Technology, Delivery, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales.
• Develop new partnerships across ISVs/OEMs, System Integrators, and Resellers, guiding them from onboarding to growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in partner or account management, sales, presales, business development, or customer success.
• Proven ability to build relationships across an organization without formal authority.
• Strong collaboration skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Confidence in handling difficult commercial conversations.
