Principal Program Manager

About the role

Loftware is seeking a senior Principal Program Manager to drive high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives that accelerate growth, improve operational performance and deliver strategic value across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate levers for value creation such as revenue growth, cost optimization and innovation.
• Lead complex, cross‑functional programs from strategy through execution, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Translate enterprise strategy into clear program objectives, workstreams, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to assess application landscapes, define target‑state requirements and create transformation roadmaps.
• Strengthen the internal Program Management Office by developing tools, templates, governance processes and reporting standards.
• Own day‑to‑day program and project management for strategic initiatives, proactively resolving issues and managing risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations or program management, preferably in software/technology.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale, cross‑functional programs.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders.
