Store Manager - Head Coach

About the role

The Store Manager – Head Coach leads a Nike retail store, ensuring a premium customer experience while building a high‑performing, brand‑passionate team. You will be responsible for all operational, sales and people‑development aspects of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, visual standards, safety compliance and budget control.
• Hire, train, coach and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance, labour costs and expense management to meet business goals.
• Maintain brand values and represent Nike in interactions with customers and partners.
• Plan schedules, delegate tasks and ensure efficient store staffing.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a retail management role, preferably with a premium global brand.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high‑performance team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
