Senior eCommerce UX/UI Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior eCommerce UX/UI Designer to lead the creation of high-conversion digital experiences for premium DTC and eCommerce brands. Reporting to the VP of Design, you will work within an AI-native design practice that blends behavioral insight with quantitative data to ship premium, fast-moving solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship high-conversion websites, landing pages and full customer-journey flows (acquisition, onboarding, product detail, cart, checkout, retention).
• Create growth-focused creative assets such as paid-social landing pages, advertorials, quizzes, bundles and upsell offers.
• Build, maintain and evolve component libraries and design systems that scale across multiple brands and campaigns.
• Adopt and extend WON’s AI-native tools, including Claude Design and Figma MCP, to accelerate concept-to-production work.
• Generate automated design assets from Figma component libraries, reducing manual effort.
• Identify repetitive tasks and propose new design agents or workflows for automation.
• Present design solutions with data-backed rationale and iterate based on user-testing and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing premium eCommerce experiences that drive conversion and average order value.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design of customer-journey touchpoints.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact.
