SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Implementation & Data Migration

About the role

We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support implementation, testing, and data migration across SuccessFactors projects. The consultant will collaborate with senior consultants, project managers and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and Workforce Time Management.
• Participate in configuration activities throughout all project phases.
• Conduct testing activities and manage defects to ensure solution quality.
• Perform data migration, validation and data‑quality activities.
• Support post‑go‑live activities and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, project managers and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Analyze HR business processes and employee lifecycle requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet project goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 + years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support projects.
• Understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience with testing activities and defect management.
• Exposure to data migration, data validation or data‑quality activities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Familiarity with integration and reporting concepts.
