Sales Representative – Debt Collection

About the role

Coface is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to grow its Debt Collection business in Slovenia. You will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for Coface Debt Collection services.
• Generate and qualify business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline.
• Present solutions, conduct meetings, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to portfolio growth.
• Follow up with new customers to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using internal IT tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a higher vocational degree with at least 4 years.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and Croatian/Serbian.
• Native‑level Slovenian and permanent residency in Slovenia.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.
