Project Manager Service

About the role

You will coordinate service activities for Siemens Energy rotating equipment—including gas turbines, steam turbines and generators—across power plants and industrial applications. The role involves leading communication with customers and steering service delivery to ensure high satisfaction and equipment availability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage scheduled and unscheduled maintenance under Long‑Term Service Agreements, covering parts, repairs, field services and additional work.
• Collaborate with engineering, field service, EQHS, finance and other cross‑functional teams to gather information and efficiently manage contracts.
• Analyze customer requirements and RFQs to define objectives, scope, timelines and evaluation criteria.
• Lead internal and external meetings, assign responsibilities, review progress and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Develop proposals for upgrades, modernisations and decarbonisation solutions to adapt power plants to market changes.
• Oversee budgeting, mid‑ and long‑term financial planning and quality control processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in gas turbine, steam turbine or generator services.
• Strong customer focus, active listening and ability to understand client needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven organizational and leadership abilities to work with cross‑functional and international teams.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking and persistence to drive innovative solutions.
