Project Manager / Business Analyst

About the role

Mikrocop is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join its dynamic development team. You will help clients digitise their business processes using the InDoc EDGE platform, combining document management, process management, and electronic archiving.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and report on the progress of business digitalisation projects.
• Gather, coordinate and translate client requirements for paper‑less solutions.
• Participate in project planning, prepare documentation and approve business solutions.
• Monitor market trends and technology developments in digitalisation.
• Contribute to best‑practice creation and standardisation of solutions.
• Support pre‑sales activities and present solutions at events, conferences and seminars.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project management or business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of document management systems and business processes.
• Experience integrating diverse business information systems.
• Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 notation and business‑rules management.
• Good understanding of application architectures, integration patterns and API technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365.
• Ability to read technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) and excellent communication skills.
