Product Manager – IBM Software

About the role

As a Product Manager – IBM Software you will be responsible for driving sales and market growth of IBM software solutions, translating vendor strategies into profitable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Business Unit strategy to grow profitable market share under clear managerial direction.
• Negotiate key tenders and large deals, applying industry best practices.
• Identify, onboard and develop new vendors while optimizing sales from the existing IBM Software portfolio.
• Manage vendor relationships and create unique selling propositions that protect margin integrity and foster long‑term customer value.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of assigned IBM product and service lines.
• Take solution and service offerings to market and enable sales teams to win and expand share of wallet.
• Ensure consistent use of CRM tools to support business continuity.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with the IBM Software portfolio.
• Strong understanding of IBM Software products, marketing programs and vendor growth plans.
• Fluent in Slovenian and English.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
