Product Manager – Fixed-Term (Maternity Leave Replacement)

About the role

Teads is seeking a Product Manager on a fixed‑term basis to cover a maternity leave within its Native Performance team. The role will focus on developing, optimizing, and scaling the Amplify platform’s native advertising capabilities, driving measurable outcomes for performance‑focused advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Native Performance feature roadmap, guiding ideas from discovery through post‑launch optimization.
• Lead the design and delivery of AI‑driven automation features such as automated campaign creation, dynamic setup recommendations, and predictive performance alerts.
• Collaborate closely with agile engineering squads, product designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate market insights into platform features.
• Manage the feature backlog, prioritize work, track milestones, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for development teams.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure seamless hand‑over to commercial teams during the coverage period.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within advertising technology or a related digital media environment.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams.
• Comfort with agile methodologies and product ownership principles ("you build it, you run it, you monitor it").
• Analytical mindset to assess market trends, competitive landscape, and performance data.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate vision, roadmap, and feature specifications.
