New Partner & Product Integration Lead

About the role

Medison is seeking a strategic New Partner & Product Integration Lead to drive end‑to‑end onboarding, planning, and operational integration of new strategic partners into its global ecosystem. This senior position will act as the central PMO, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure rapid, seamless integration and launch‑ready product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and implement a standardized global NPPI framework, including governance, playbooks, templates, and activity trackers.
• Design end‑to‑end integration roadmaps covering commercial, medical, regulatory, supply, quality, IT/data, and finance readiness.
• Build structured timeline planning, dependency mapping, and milestone tracking tools to align Medison and partner organizations.
• Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics to track progress, risks, and value realization.
• Act as the central PMO lead for all new partner integrations, ensuring disciplined planning, execution, and governance across regions.
• Collaborate closely with the Global Brand & Alliance Lead and own structured planning from deal signing through operational handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience in PMO leadership and cross‑functional coordination in complex, fast‑moving environments.
• Strong business acumen and operational rigor within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Flexibility to work from a location in Central Eastern Europe or elsewhere.
• Reports to the Global Head of Commercial Operations.
