Market Access Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Market Access Manager to lead reimbursement and pricing activities for new launches and existing products in Slovenia, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful market entry.

Key responsibilities

• Execute reimbursement and pricing strategies for new launches and in‑line products in Slovenia.
• Manage IPR/TRP processes, higher price submissions and negotiations.
• Negotiate reimbursement with local authorities and defend current prices.
• Collaborate with commercial, medical, customer service and supply teams to align access, tendering and pricing activities.
• Monitor political, economic and healthcare developments that affect market access and pricing.
• Identify cost‑containment threats and propose creative solutions.
• Provide payer insights and develop innovative partnership ideas with government bodies.
• Lead market‑access and pricing planning, budget assumptions and monthly sales performance discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, marketing or business administration.
• Minimum 3 years of market access experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including pricing and reimbursement dossier preparation and Managed Entry Agreement negotiations.

Required skills

• Data analysis of large clinical, real‑world and economic datasets.
• Economic modelling to assess cost‑effectiveness and budget impact.
• Statistical analysis using appropriate software and methods.
• Health outcomes research, including patient‑reported outcomes and quality‑of‑life measurement.
