Life Cycle Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

Novartis is looking for a Life Cycle Manager to lead projects throughout the product life‑cycle. Based in Ljubljana, you will ensure alignment between global, regional and local functions and drive cross‑functional teams to deliver product strategies on time.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Ljubljana site in cross‑functional project teams led by global or regional functions (e.g., product transfer, program management).
• Set up and lead local and/or global cross‑functional project teams to guarantee time‑to‑market and execution of all life‑cycle activities.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables when not driven by a higher‑level team.
• Provide reporting and updates to support senior‑management decision making.
• Initiate and coordinate early‑phase strategies for regulatory submissions, planning and change‑request management.
• Collaborate with MDG/LCI to establish master‑data strategies and early data modeling for all projects.

Required profile

• University degree in natural sciences, engineering, economics or business.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, including at least 2 years in pharmaceutical supply, production or technical development.
• Project‑management experience, preferably in cross‑functional environments.
• Ability to work in a fast‑changing environment and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
