IT Support Engineer

About the role

Planet is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join its Ljubljana office. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth digital experience for employees across Europe and Asia by managing device lifecycles, providing user support, and maintaining videoconferencing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, from procurement to decommissioning.
• Provide advanced technical support for Windows and macOS users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Support and maintain office videoconferencing equipment, including Polycom systems and Zoom Rooms.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring proper access provisioning via Okta and Google Workspace.
• Collaborate with the regional IT team to keep tools such as Slack, Zoom, Office365, Jamf, NinjaOne, Jira, and Confluence up to date.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Familiarity with device management platforms (e.g., Jamf, NinjaOne).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
