Internal Sales Representative

About the role

As an Internal Sales Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, preparing quotations and processing orders. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment and long‑term business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails promptly and provide accurate pricing offers.
• Create and manage sales orders using Arrow’s online ordering system.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics and finance to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts, including re‑engaging dormant customers.
• Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities.
• Document all customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of successful sales or inside‑sales experience.
• Fluent in English and Slovenian; knowledge of Croatian or Serbian is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Patient, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Resourceful with good problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
