Google Workspace Consultant – Short‑Term Project

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Google Workspace Consultant to lead a short‑term project that will assess our current use of Google services and define a clear integration strategy for the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current state of Google Workspace usage, covering technical, financial and organisational aspects.
• Identify stakeholders, uncover undocumented usage and produce a reliable current‑state report.
• Develop a concrete integration plan that outlines how Google Workspace should be positioned, governed and managed, providing actionable steps for IT and clear guidance for management.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Google Workspace implementations or migrations in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Google Admin Console, identity management and data‑governance within Google’s ecosystem.
• Experience performing IT assessments and translating findings into actionable road‑maps.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Result‑driven work style with the ability to meet agreed timelines.
