Business Process Manager – Process Excellence & BPMN

About the role

We are looking for a Business Process Manager to join our central Process Management team. You will work with colleagues across multiple functions and countries to design, optimise and govern business processes that support our operational and digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, document and improve end‑to‑end business processes using BPMN methodology.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to capture current and future‑state processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Design and maintain process documentation and architecture.
• Support implementation of process governance standards and best practices.
• Monitor process performance, define KPIs and performance measures.
• Collaborate with business, IT and project teams on transformation and digitalisation initiatives.
• Contribute to automation and optimisation opportunities.
• Promote process ownership, accountability and a continuous‑improvement culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business process management, process optimisation or organisational development.

Required skills

• BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) methodology.
