About the role
As a Technical Project Manager, you will help organize and drive the delivery of a smart productivity hardware product. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to turn ideas, requirements, and decisions into clear plans and actionable tasks. You’ll own coordination across multiple workstreams, ensuring dependencies, deadlines, blockers, and decisions are actively managed. The role combines Agile delivery, technical project coordination, documentation, and operational follow‑through in an international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Organise sprint work, including planning, task breakdown, prioritisation and progress tracking.
- Translate product requirements and decisions into clear, actionable tasks for engineering and design teams.
- Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, risks and agreements across project participants.
- Maintain accurate backlogs, roadmaps, documentation and task statuses.
- Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, design and operations, running regular team syncs.
- Support requirement changes by assessing impact on scope, timelines and delivery.
- Manage operational matters with vendors, contractors, legal, finance and other external stakeholders.
- Identify delivery risks proactively and escalate issues affecting timelines or quality.
Required profile
- 3+ years experience as Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager or Product Operations Manager in a technology product company.
- Hands‑on experience running Agile/Scrum processes and managing sprint execution.
- Proven ability to own projects from initial scoping through release.
- Strong written and verbal communication, confident in running meetings and driving decisions.
- Upper‑Intermediate English and ability to collaborate with international teams, vendors and contractors.
Required skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology
- Jira, Linear, Notion or Confluence for project and documentation management
- Understanding of hardware, firmware, mobile and backend component interactions
- Experience with IoT or embedded product environments
