SVC Mechanic

About the role

Otis is looking for a motivated Elevator Service Mechanic to join its service team in Trzin, Slovenia. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and modernising elevators to ensure safety and reliability for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, repairs and modernisation of elevators in accordance with safety regulations.
• Carry out on‑call duties according to the schedule and rescue persons trapped in elevators.
• Maintain the service portfolio and prepare detailed reports on all performed work.
• Inform customers about the condition of their equipment, upcoming preventive actions and corrective repairs.

Required profile

• Secondary technical education in electrotechnical, electromechanical, electronic or mechanical fields.
• Preferably prior experience in elevator servicing and repair.
• Strong initiative, problem‑solving orientation and organisational motivation.
• Result‑driven attitude and ability to work independently.
• Valid driving licence category B.
