Student Worker - Video & Digital Content

About the role

Danfoss is looking for a motivated and creative student to join its team in Ljubljana, Slovenia, in a student work position (Študentsko delo). You will help turn concepts, scripts and storyboards into engaging training videos, tutorials and visual learning materials used by colleagues around the world. The role is hybrid at the Danfoss campus, with flexible hours of about 15-20 hours per week, adjustable during exam periods.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit high-quality training and enablement videos from provided storyboards and scripts
• Produce avatar-led and synthetic video content using AI video tools such as Synthesia
• Record, edit and polish screen-capture tutorials and software walkthroughs
• Edit audio, sync voice-overs and generate or verify video subtitles in English and other languages
• Work closely with enablement specialists and content creators, refining content according to their feedback

Required profile

• Active student status in Slovenia for at least the upcoming academic year
• Good eye for visual hierarchy, pacing, transitions, framing and composition
• Strong spoken and written English, working in an international environment
• Reliable, respectful of agreed timelines, detail-oriented and proactive

Required skills

• Practical experience with video editing tools; personal projects, social media content or academic portfolios are welcome
• Enthusiasm for modern AI video creation tools and screen recording software
