Store Manager - Ljubljana Launch

About the role

Notino has recently entered the Slovenian market and is looking for an experienced and ambitious Store Manager to lead its first store in Ljubljana. The role combines store leadership with a Beauty Consultant presence on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the launch of the first store in Ljubljana and set the standard for excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales through team motivation and coaching.
• Manage schedules, inventory and displays.
• Hire, train and onboard new team members.
• Share product expertise as a Beauty Consultant on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with cross-European teams and departments.

Required profile

• Proven leadership skills and a passion for empowering others.
• Retail experience in beauty or luxury sectors is an advantage.
• Previous Store Manager experience with a track record of success.
• Fluency in English (B2+).

Required skills

• Strong understanding of KPIs, sales targets and store processes.
• Excellent customer service skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.
