Staff Software Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join a small, autonomous engineering team building AI‑powered consumer products used by millions worldwide. The role is fully remote and offers high impact, allowing you to shape product and engineering direction from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Own features end‑to‑end, from initial concept through production and iteration.
• Turn ambiguous ideas into concrete, user‑facing products and make strong technical decisions without complete specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and leadership to move projects forward and ship complex features at scale.
• Leverage modern AI and agentic engineering tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production software.
• Experience building consumer‑facing products at meaningful scale and operating in high‑autonomy environments.
• Strong product sense, ability to work with ambiguity, and a bias toward action and shipping.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work independently.
