Software Test Engineer – Permanent Position

Key responsibilities

• Creation of scenarios and test cases for system, end‑to‑end and user acceptance tests.
• Alignment of test plans with customers and the manager.
• Execution of test cases and documentation of results.
• Monitoring test progress and reporting.
• Providing feedback on software quality to developers and management.
• Participating in project teams and testing project‑specific software extensions.
• Coordinating project‑specific test activities with the project manager.
• Contributing to the development of general test strategies and concepts.
• Continuously improving the test framework and test automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software testing.
• Knowledge of various testing techniques such as regression and exploratory testing.
• Experience with test frameworks and automation tools.
• Agile mindset and hands‑on working style.
• Quick grasp of complex processes.
• Open, respectful communication and self‑organising work style.
• Fluent oral and written English; German is a plus.
• Team player who enjoys sharing knowledge.
• Willingness to travel.
