About the role

Join Bosch’s dynamic sales team as a Sales Support Associate. You will work in an international environment, contributing to the achievement of departmental sales targets while ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve defined annual departmental sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and manage manual order entries.
• Coordinate customer calls, handle returns, complaints and order repairs.
• Archive sales contracts and monitor contract status.
• Prepare credit‑limit requests and monitor customers' payment discipline.
• Enter new customers into internal systems and keep data up‑to‑date.
• Oversee delivery processes and inform stakeholders of any delays.
• Enter and coordinate internal orders (IWA) and test systems such as P13, B2B, P4T.
• Monitor blocked orders and escalate issues promptly.
• Support creation and alignment of sales pricing.
• Conduct training on processes and systems.
• Prepare invoices, credit notes and calculate bonuses.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education (5th level) with an economic or technical background.
• Experience in sales support.
• Strong analytical thinking, accuracy and professional communication skills.
• Daily use of business English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
