Service Advisor

About the role

The Service Advisor is responsible for managing the service reception, ensuring customer inquiries are handled efficiently from initial contact through invoicing and follow‑up. This position supports workshop utilisation and builds long‑term profitable relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a customer contact plan for product launches and sales campaigns.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Assign short‑term work schedules to team members to meet timelines.
• Provide advanced product and service information and answer complex questions.
• Record and process custom orders, coordinating with delivery teams.
• Handle advanced issue escalations and obtain managerial approvals.
• Maintain and improve departmental Microsoft documents, databases, and systems.
• Monitor CRM usage, resolve standard issues and escalate when required.
• Support customer renewals and ensure operational compliance with policies and regulations.
