Senior Solution Consultant – Finance

About the role

Join BE-terna as a Senior Solution Consultant focusing on finance and accounting within Microsoft Business Central. You will help customers digitalise their financial processes and act as a trusted advisor throughout implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Digitalise business processes in Microsoft Business Central from a finance/accounting perspective.
• Analyse customers' financial processes, provide advice and translate requirements into the solution.
• Guide key users during implementation, ensure proper parameterisation and own project scope.
• Suggest improvements or new processes related to your core specialisation.
• Design workshops and training sessions for complex projects.
• Compile clear technical descriptions and communicate them to the technical team.
• Build strong relationships with customers using your financial expertise.
• Coach colleagues on effective execution of tasks.
• Plan, coordinate and document activities according to budgets and timelines.

Required profile

• University degree (or equivalent) in a technical or business‑related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience as a consultant or a desire to transition from accounting/finance to IT.
• Customer‑service orientation with a proactive learning attitude.
• Strong understanding of business correlations.
• Very good English skills; additional languages are a plus.
