About the role

Teads is a leading omnichannel advertising platform seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and operate high‑throughput, low‑latency services that power billions of daily ad opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to research, develop, and deploy experiments and features that impact global revenue.
• Create, design, develop, test, and monitor production code autonomously and reliably.
• Work with Engineering and Product managers to frame projects and own their execution.
• Understand business needs to deliver relevant client solutions.
• Facilitate communication across teams and stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Strong programming abilities with a focus on testing, architecture, performance, and maintainability.
• Experience with large, high‑throughput distributed systems and massive data processing.
• Analytical, experimental mindset; validate ideas before large‑scale implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a diverse global team.
• Track record of multiple shipped projects and production‑grade release, observability, and troubleshooting practices.
• Solid problem‑solving capabilities.
