Senior Software Engineer - Full-stack - Growth Product

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join our Growth team. You will build high‑impact, full‑stack features that drive user activation, retention and monetisation across Kraken’s crypto platform. The role spans web and mobile, working closely with product, design and data teams to turn growth ideas into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, designers and analysts to identify and implement growth opportunities.
• Develop reusable services and components powering marketing campaigns, onboarding, KYC and first‑funding experiences.
• Collaborate on distributed systems that handle large volumes of global traffic while maintaining performance and reliability.
• Participate in design and architecture discussions, balancing user impact with scalability.
• Ship high‑quality code with craftsmanship and accountability.

Required profile

• Proven experience building full‑stack web and mobile applications at scale.
• Strong product thinking and data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work autonomously and own end‑to‑end feature delivery.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving, experiment‑focused environment.
• Experience in fintech or crypto is a plus.
