Senior Full-Stack Developer (Python/Java/React)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Full-Stack Developer to join the Application team of our partner company. You will work on high‑performance web applications, delivering pixel‑perfect user experiences while building secure back‑end systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build, refine, and maintain core features across the full stack, ensuring a polished, high‑performance UI.
• Develop and optimise the main application and internal admin interfaces, including user management and billing.
• Implement high‑fidelity UI/UX from Figma designs with pixel‑perfect accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, another developer and the QA team to ensure smooth integration and high code quality.
• Design and maintain secure back‑end logic and infrastructure.
• Maintain and update the company’s marketing website built on WordPress.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to accelerate development without compromising quality.

Required profile

• 8+ years of proven full‑stack development experience.
• Strong track record in both frontend (React, Next.js) and backend (Python, Java) development.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher), written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver pixel‑perfect UI and extensive experience with Figma.
• Practical experience maintaining and customizing WordPress sites.
• Excellent team player with a growth mindset and ability to adopt AI tools.
