Sales Support Professional – Financial Services

About the role

The Sales Support Professional will guide customers through the entire financing journey, from the first commercial discussion to contract administration and portfolio follow‑up. Working closely with the vehicle sales organisation, you will develop competitive financing solutions while ensuring sound credit decisions and compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financing and insurance agreements, supporting documentation and payment schedules.
• Enter and maintain contract data in monitoring systems and generate invoices, reports and customer correspondence.
• Assist customers with administrative queries, registration renewals and homologation matters.
• Support contract administration throughout the lifecycle, including rescheduling, early settlement, closure and archiving.
• Coordinate documentation signing, vehicle handovers and maintain records of registrations and deliveries.
• Perform system‑related operational tasks such as testing JIRA cases and updating Euribor rates.

Required profile

• Level V education, preferably in economics, finance, business administration or a related field.
• Fluent in Slovenian and good working knowledge of English.
• Category B driving licence.
