Retail Sales Executive

About the role

The Retail Sales Executive maintains a professional image of the store by promoting customer service excellence and using product knowledge and effective selling techniques to meet monthly targets. The role combines floor presence, customer service and stock handling.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong floor presence, drive sales, attend to customers' needs and build solid customer relationships
• Cross-sell and upsell while delivering excellent product awareness
• Keep the shop clean and tidy at all times
• Stay aware of products, promotions, advertisements and new releases
• Ensure displays and visual merchandising follow the communicated guidelines
• Help process and replenish merchandise and take part in receiving stock
• Spot security risks and thefts and handle them quickly and professionally
• Follow payment, exchange, security and loss prevention policies and procedures
• Complete required training, join training portals and keep certificates up to date
• Listen to customers, address complaints efficiently and escalate them when needed

Required profile

• High school diploma or a bachelor's or technical degree
• No previous experience needed
