About the role

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for representing the store’s brand, delivering excellent customer service, and using product knowledge to meet monthly sales targets. This role combines floor presence with proactive selling techniques to drive revenue and enhance the shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong floor presence, greet customers, and address their needs promptly.
• Build lasting relationships with shoppers, cross‑sell and upsell products, and provide detailed product information.
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and visually appealing according to merchandising guidelines.
• Stay informed about all products, promotions, advertisements, and new releases.
• Assist with merchandise processing, stock replenishment, and receipt of deliveries.
• Identify security risks, handle theft situations quickly and professionally.
• Follow all store policies, especially those related to payments, exchanges, and loss prevention.
• Complete required trainings, maintain up‑to‑date certifications, and enroll in training portals.
• Gather customer feedback, resolve complaints efficiently, and escalate when necessary.
