Regional Services Engineer – ServiceNow

About the role

As a Regional Services Engineer you will act as a full‑lifecycle technical consultant and subject‑matter expert, supporting local Services Engineers across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. You will provide technical leadership, support strategic customer engagements and help scale professional‑services capabilities throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support local Services Engineers on strategic opportunities and customer engagements.
• Provide advanced pre‑sales and post‑sales technical expertise.
• Lead workshops, demonstrations, assessments and proof‑of‑concept activities.
• Support large‑scale implementations and customer transformation initiatives.
• Develop reusable technical assets, methodologies and best practices, and act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and technical services background across enterprise environments.
• Experience in both pre‑sales and post‑sales engagements.
• Solution design, architecture and implementation experience.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Ability to support complex enterprise environments and transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics clearly.
• Proven ability to work across multiple countries and cross‑functional teams in a regional environment.
• Fluent in English and the relevant local language (Polish, Czech, Romanian, Slovak or Slovenian).
