Regional Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

You will shape employee, customer and stakeholder engagement across the region, leading campaigns, content, events and key initiatives. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and involves about 20% travel within Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional internal communication campaigns to connect and engage employees.
• Create B2B marketing and customer communication materials, including copy, visuals, videos and social media content.
• Design and execute customer journeys and CRM campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys.
• Coordinate international trade fairs and customer events from planning to on‑site execution, ensuring brand alignment.
• Manage diverse projects and stakeholders in close collaboration with global and regional teams.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in Marketing & Communications, preferably in an international, industrial or B2B environment.
• Practical knowledge of CRM/marketing automation tools and digital/AI‑based applications.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable communication or marketing campaigns.
• Excellent storytelling and content‑creation abilities, plus strong internal communication skills.
• Fluent English; German or other European languages are an asset.
