About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to own the full hiring funnel at MeetMinded, a fast‑growing startup connecting people through local meetups. You will source, screen, interview candidates and help shape our talent acquisition processes while working on‑site in Ljubljana.

Key responsibilities

• Actively source candidates across multiple channels, including headhunting and niche job boards.
• Write and publish job postings on platforms such as LinkedIn Jobs and student services.
• Review applications, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct first‑round interviews.
• Collaborate with the team on candidate evaluation and selection decisions.
• Organise hackathons and talent events to engage young professionals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential future candidates.
• Monitor the talent market and experiment with new attraction strategies.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in recruiting and working with people.
• Strong communication skills and good instinct for talent.
• Self‑starter mindset with proactive sourcing approach.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and eager to improve hiring processes.
• Fluent English and willingness to work from our Ljubljana office.
