Quality Engineer – Supplier Development (Slovenia)

About the role

PRISMA is seeking a Quality Engineer to support supplier development for its innovative automotive lighting solutions. Based in Slovenia, you will work closely with suppliers to ensure high‑quality processes and products.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain supplier development activities.
• Conduct VDA 6.3 process audits at supplier sites.
• Qualify and develop existing and potential suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with budget and targets.
• Travel frequently to supplier locations.
• Coordinate projects within the purchasing department.

Required profile

• Qualified Quality Engineer with VDA 6.3 Process Auditor certification.
• Several years of experience in supplier development and quality.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3).
• Familiarity with contract law and drafting.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Slovenian language preferred.
