Project Manager – Data Center Cooling Solutions

About the role

As a Project Manager at Danfoss you will lead the development and implementation of new cooling solutions for data centers, guiding projects from concept through launch. You will work in an international, fast‑growing environment, collaborating with customers, technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new product development projects for data‑center cooling applications.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor project activities across the full lifecycle, ensuring milestones, budgets and deliverables stay on track.
• Bring together cross‑functional teams from R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales and supporting functions.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, changes and critical issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and customers through regular updates, meetings and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including project or product management in new product development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Strong coordination abilities to align cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Structured problem‑solving skills and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic international setting.
