Procurement Manager – Site Services (Slovenia)

About the role

The Procurement Manager for Site Services in Slovenia will drive category strategy, align local activities with global procurement goals, and ensure delivery of measurable value for Sandoz.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement site services strategic goals aligned with the overall procurement strategy.
• Own productivity and cost‑efficiency targets for services and CAPEX in Slovenia.
• Support centrally led processes such as SFCM and Third‑Party Risk Management.
• Lead implementation of global, regional and local projects across services and CAPEX, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement process quality and compliance.
• Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and act as primary contact for service & CAPEX.
• Execute the source‑to‑contract process, including strategy definition, negotiations and contract management.
• Monitor contract expirations and trigger extensions or competitive bidding.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years procurement experience in a large multinational, preferably pharmaceutical.
• Proven experience leading sourcing projects and negotiating contracts with strategic suppliers.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
• Ability to develop sourcing strategies balancing risk, quality and cost.
• Fluent spoken and written Slovenian and English.

• Fixed‑term contract until February 2028 (full‑time, 40 hours/week)
• Annual gross salary range €38 640 – €57 960
