Principal Lead Product Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a high‑impact, data‑driven Principal Lead Product Marketing Manager to own and scale our portfolio of mobile titles. You will build and lead a team that integrates product positioning, user acquisition, ASO, retention and monetisation into a single growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, structure, and mentor a high‑performing product marketing and growth team while setting clear goals and performance frameworks.
• Define and execute end‑to‑end player acquisition and lifecycle management across pre‑launch validation, global launches and LiveOps.
• Partner with product teams to formalise value propositions, conduct target audience research and ensure user‑centric development.
• Allocate budgets across paid UA, ASO and influencer programmes to maximise LTV efficiency.
• Work closely with the Analytics team to build reliable measurement frameworks, including LTV forecasting and full‑funnel reporting.
• Lead distribution reporting, analyse performance metrics and continuously refine distribution strategies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product marketing and growth experience in the freemium mobile gaming industry.
• Proven track record of building, managing and scaling high‑performing teams.
• Systems‑thinking mindset with the ability to integrate acquisition, ASO, messaging and retention.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.

Required skills

• Deep analytical fluency with mobile measurement, attribution models and predictive LTV forecasting.
• Hands‑on experience in paid and organic acquisition channels, including ASO.
• Experience working directly with major platform partners such as Apple and Google.
