Meta Media Buyer – Paid Social Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Meta Media Buyer to plan, launch and scale paid social campaigns that turn strangers into friends on our fast‑growing IRL social platform. You will work on‑site in Ljubljana, collaborating with creative and data teams to drive real results across top‑of‑funnel and bottom‑of‑funnel initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for both top‑of‑funnel (TOF) and bottom‑of‑funnel (BOF) objectives.
• Manage a monthly ad spend of $100k+ and allocate budget to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative team on hooks, UGC and ad angles that convert.
• Set up and maintain retargeting, whitelisting and Conversions API (CAPI) tracking.
• Analyse performance metrics daily, making rapid decisions on scaling or pausing ads.
• Build AI‑driven tools and automations to accelerate workflow.
• Continuously test, learn and iterate on campaign strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing $100k+ of monthly Meta ad spend.
• Strong understanding of scaling TOF and BOF campaigns.
• Ability to work with creative concepts (hooks, UGC, angles).
• Hands‑on knowledge of retargeting, whitelisting and CAPI tracking.
• Excellent analytical mindset with quick decision‑making skills.
• Experience integrating AI tools and automations into daily work.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple projects.
