About the role

Join the aseptic production team as a Mechanic responsible for maintaining machines and equipment throughout the manufacturing process. You will ensure proper operating conditions, execute production operations across multiple units and lines, and comply with legislation, internal policies, good practice standards and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out all assigned tasks in line with the production plan and applicable GMP, operational, environmental and safety instructions.
• Participate in production processes related to machine and equipment maintenance.
• Perform the duties of an Operator where required.
• Apply current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) rules, document activities consistently and take part in internal and external audits and inspections.
• Monitor equipment performance to detect early signs of irregularities and act promptly in case of failures.
• Execute fine adjustments after part replacements and provide immediate troubleshooting.
• Provide first‑level equipment support and second‑level assistance, including training, onboarding and mentorship for new hires.
• Continuously apply LOTO procedures and keep qualifications up‑to‑date before work.

Required profile

• Secondary education in mechanical, electrical or a related field.
• Excellent Slovene language skills and basic English proficiency.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• At least one year of relevant experience in production and maintenance.
• Responsive attitude and good work habits.
