Medior Logistic Coordinator

About the role

Stolt Tank Containers is expanding its logistics hub in Ljubljana and is looking for a Medior Logistic Coordinator to support the storage and distribution of bulk liquids. You will work closely with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee the inland elements of exports and imports to guarantee timely loading and delivery.
• Monitor movement processing, track orders and update reservation lists for transport coordinators.
• Maintain clear communication with the EMEA Operations department and local operational teams.
• Prepare, issue and distribute transport documentation for outbound shipments.
• Control shipments, manage carrier waybills and ensure timely payment.
• Process documentation in line with quality procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping or a comparable corporate function.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving attitude and high work accuracy.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
