Join Seco’s Marketing Programs team to shape and execute large‑scale, multi‑year marketing initiatives that translate strategic vision and customer insights into measurable campaigns. You will work at the intersection of strategic analysis and tactical execution, guiding programs that drive global brand relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop multi‑year marketing programs aligned with strategic priorities and audience insights.
• Create and maintain detailed briefs, audience segmentation, milestones, and success metrics for large‑scale initiatives.
• Prepare kickoff materials outlining objectives, target audiences, and priorities for the upcoming 12 months.
• Continuously monitor program progress, incorporate emerging trends, and adapt roadmaps in collaboration with the MS&CI team.
• Embed audience insights and communication needs into long‑term program roadmaps.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to gather and share insights across functions.
• Report on program performance, share learnings, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale, multi‑year marketing programs tied to long‑term strategic goals.
• Ability to translate strategy into structured, measurable initiatives with clear objectives and metrics.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills for managing complex, multi‑workstream projects.
• Demonstrated stakeholder‑alignment capabilities and collaborative mindset.
