Maintenance Manager – Production Facility

About the role

Bimbo Adria (DON DON), part of Grupo Bimbo, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities at its production facility. The role ensures reliable operation of equipment, high machine availability, and efficient performance of the maintenance team.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate the work of the maintenance team.
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Ensure smooth operation of production lines and equipment.
• Analyse root causes of breakdowns and apply corrective and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with production to optimise processes and reduce downtime.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and manage spare‑parts inventory.
• Participate in equipment procurement and investment projects.
• Lead, develop and train maintenance team members while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Required profile

• University or college degree (VI or VII level) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Active command of English.
• Independence, responsibility and a results‑oriented approach.
