Life Cycle Project Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Life Cycle Project Manager you will lead the implementation of life‑cycle projects for third‑party customers, ensuring GMP‑compliant supply‑chain set‑up, system configuration and master‑data readiness. The role is highly visible, requiring coordination across manufacturing sites, supply‑chain, quality and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation activities for product launches, transfers, changes and portfolio optimisation projects.
• Act as the primary liaison between Novartis, manufacturing sites and key stakeholders for supply‑chain setup.
• Define and coordinate supply‑chain, order‑management and material‑flow requirements for new business implementations.
• Establish and maintain compliant system and master‑data configurations to support operational readiness.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and escalate critical issues, while handling multiple concurrent projects.

Required profile

• University degree in business, engineering or a related field.
• Experience in supply‑chain, manufacturing or product life‑cycle management.
• Good understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes and GMP requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
