Lead Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Quality Engineer to ensure every electric motorcycle leaving our production line meets the highest standards. The role combines hands‑on quality system implementation with cross‑functional leadership, working closely with production, engineering and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all in‑line and end‑of‑line quality assurance activities.
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems.
• Develop control plans, inspection standards and audit schedules.
• Investigate non‑conformances and drive root‑cause analysis using 8D, Ishikawa and 5‑Why.
• Coordinate operator training on quality‑critical processes and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Work with suppliers and engineering to eliminate defects at the source.

Required profile

• 5+ years of quality assurance experience in automotive, EV or electronics manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a leadership or coordinator role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and problem‑solving methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
• Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent.
• PPAP and APQP processes.
• Supplier quality management.
• Battery assembly quality control (plus).
