Key Account Manager

About the role

Candy Hoover d.o.o. is looking for a Key Account Manager based in Ljubljana. You will develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the company's most important clients, acting as their main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, spotting growth opportunities and driving revenue within your assigned key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and expand product penetration.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organisations.
• Understand customer needs and business objectives to position the company's products and solutions.
• Negotiate and close contracts with mutually beneficial terms.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activity to find opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Work with marketing, product, logistics and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts and strategic initiatives to senior management.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and stay up to date with industry developments and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in key account management, sales or business development, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Fluency in English and the local language (e.g. Slovenian).
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
