Internal IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Internal IT Support Engineer to keep our workplace technology running smoothly for the team in Slovenia. You will be the go‑to person for laptop issues, account provisioning, and ensuring internal systems remain secure and well documented.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for devices, Office 365, Atlassian tools, SharePoint, email and resolve network, software, MFA/MDM issues.
• Create, modify and validate user accounts and manage password resets with proper identity checks.
• Administer access permissions across Azure AD/Entra, Office 365, Jira, Confluence and other internal platforms.
• Run end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding, provisioning equipment and revoking access promptly.
• Maintain hardware inventory, provision laptops, and verify returned equipment.
• Manage internal cloud tools (Azure AD, Office 365, Jira, Confluence, InfoSecIQ) and perform Jira Cloud admin tasks.
• Build and maintain small automations using Power Automate and Jira automation.
• Support ISMS activities, audits, policy updates and enforce compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting instincts with clear, patient communication for non‑technical users.
• High attention to detail, especially around onboarding, access handling and documentation.
• Ability to own tasks from start to finish, such as hardware rollouts, access changes or automation builds.
