Hotel Sales Manager – Corporate & MICE (Slovenia)

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead corporate and MICE sales for our two existing Eurostars hotels in Slovenia and any future properties. The role focuses on building relationships with corporate clients, agencies and key accounts while supporting event sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies and key accounts.
• Coordinate commercial activities across the current hotel portfolio and upcoming properties in Slovenia.
• Prospect new business through telemarketing, corporate outreach and MICE sales strategies.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings and hotel tours, showcasing accommodation, meeting and event facilities.
• Represent Eurostars at trade shows, roadshows, workshops and industry events.
• Monitor account activity, sales KPIs and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Prepare commercial reports and support resolution of client issues with clear communication.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably with corporate and MICE clients.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to two weeks per month and internationally when required.
