Head of Technology – Cooking Factory

About the role

The Head of Technology will lead the technological development of our cooking‑factory unit, aligning strategy with operational goals. You will drive innovation, manage projects, and ensure the successful implementation of manufacturing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic and operational objectives for the technology unit.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee projects that develop new production devices and components.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners on development tasks.
• Ensure the unit meets its business targets and delivers added value.
• Maintain functional guidelines, methodologies and policies within the scope of work.

Required profile

• Relevant higher education in engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Lean manufacturing and advanced manufacturing technologies (Industry 5.0).
• Knowledge of assembly and tool‑shaping processes.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience using NX Unigraphics or similar modeling software.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Good command of Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
